Mattress Discount Codes

Every discount and deals page on this site, and an honest account of where the real savings are.

I earn a commission if you buy through some links on this page. It never changes what I recommend, and I publish negative verdicts on brands I earn from. Editorial independence.

Prices and codes move

This page indexes the rest and describes how each brand's discounting works rather than promising a number that will still be live when you read it. Percentages and thresholds change weekly, and the terms attached to them change less often but matter more. Check the cash price on the day, then check what you are allowed to do if it is wrong.

What I will not do on these pages

Voucher content is where affiliate sites are at their worst, so it is worth saying plainly what this section does and does not do.

I will not invent codes. Pages listing expired or fabricated codes exist to capture the search and waste your time. Where I know how a brand's discounting works, I describe the mechanism. Where a scheme exists, I say who qualifies.

I will not present a percentage as a saving. Several brands run high list prices against near-permanent discounting. A percentage off a price that has rarely been charged is not a saving, and treating it as one is the central trick of this category.

I will tell you when not to buy. A large share of the complaints that send people looking for a mattress discount are a duvet, a pillow or a slatted base problem, and all three cost a fraction as much to fix.

Where the genuine savings are

Refurbished and ex-display stock. The largest real discount in the category. A refurbished Simba Hybrid Ultra has listed at around £699 against £1,749 new.

No rate is drawn, because the rate is not the point. A percentage is only worth what it is measured from, and a seasonal one is frequently measured from a list price almost nobody is charged. An eligibility discount starts from the price in front of you, which is why a smaller-sounding percentage can be the larger saving, and why it is worth checking your own scheme before checking the sale.

Eligibility schemes. Key worker, NHS, student, senior and forces discounts apply to the everyday price rather than a list price, and often stack with a live sale. See key worker and NHS discounts and student discounts.

Brands that never needed a sale. Origin's Hybrid Pro at £374 scores 8.4 here, the highest mattress score on this site, with no discount attached.

Bundles, if the sum works. Find the price of the same mattress without the extras and subtract it. That difference is what you are paying for the pillows and protector.

Three things to fix before you spend on a mattress

Your duvet. Seven to 10.5 tog suits most modern UK homes. If you wake up hot, this is more likely the cause than the mattress and costs a fraction as much.

Your pillow height. Lie in your sleeping position for ten minutes and have someone look at you from behind. Your neck should be a straight continuation of your spine.

Your slat spacing. Over about 7.5 centimetres and the base is causing the sagging and voiding the guarantee. A sheet of plywood costs less than any discount is worth.

Judge the cash price, and read the terms it comes with

Everything above comes down to one test, and it is the test the brand pages on this site link back here for. Ask whether the cash price is good for what you are getting. If a mattress is worth the money you would hand over today, buy it. If it is only attractive because of the figure beside it, the discount is doing the persuading rather than the product.

The reason a crossed-out figure can be worth so little is that it is the number a discount is calculated from rather than a number anyone paid. The clearest worked example on this site is Dormeo, which shows the Octasmart Hybrid Deluxe at £519 against a list of £1,399. The percentage that produces is arithmetically correct and tells you nothing about whether £519 is a good price for the mattress, which is the only question that matters.

The regulator has been in this territory repeatedly. The Competition and Markets Authority secured undertakings from Simba in August 2024 requiring that was and now prices reflect genuine previous selling prices, and a consent order from Emma in May 2026 over urgency countdown timers, which were found unlawful. The July 2026 judgment then refused the CMA the fixed sales-volume rule it had asked the court to impose on Emma, while still holding that the reference-pricing breaches Emma had admitted were infringements. The CMA withdrew that guidance the same day, temporarily, while it considers its next steps, and an enforcement order against Emma has yet to be agreed. Simba's undertakings sit outside all of that and remain in force; the CMA accepted minor revisions to them on 22 September 2026 and said it was satisfied they still address the concerns they were written for. The picture is live and worth following; the defence above does not change whichever way it settles.

And there is a second half to the test, which almost nobody applies. The route you buy through changes the terms as well as the price, so the same mattress at the same money can come with materially different rights. Several brands publish their trial as a direct-purchase term and say so plainly: Silentnight states that only mattresses bought from silentnight.co.uk can be exchanged under its sleep trial, Origin that a mattress not purchased from Origin is not eligible, and Otty that its 100 nights cover website purchases rather than marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay. A code that sends you somewhere cheaper can quietly cost you the return.

The deepest discounts also tend to sit on the stock with the fewest rights attached. Simba gives refurbished mattresses a 30-night trial rather than 200. Dormeo excludes clearance and rejuvenated items from its 200-night trial altogether and covers them for one year instead of the memory range's fifteen. Rem-Fit's trial reads "excl clearance". Inofia states that sale items cannot be refunded. None of that makes cleared stock a bad buy, and it is still the largest real discount in the category; it does mean the saving is partly paid for in the terms, which is a trade worth making knowingly.

So the full test is two questions rather than one. Is this cash price good for what I am getting, and do the trial and the guarantee still apply on the route I am buying through? What a guarantee actually covers and who pays is set out on mattress guarantees, and what separates a real sleep trial from a returns window is on mattress sleep trials.
