Why there is no score here

Hyde and Sleep still attracts meaningful search volume in the UK, which is why this page exists. What it does not have is a clear current retail position that I can verify.
Scoring a mattress you may not be able to buy, return or claim against would be actively misleading. I would rather publish an incomplete answer than a confident wrong one.
This is the same approach I have taken on the Hypnia review, and it is deliberate. Review sites leave brand pages live long after brands stop trading, because a page that ranks is a page that earns whether or not the product exists. Casper withdrew from the UK in July 2020 and Leesa no longer sells here, and both still appear in current UK best-of lists.

Your rights do not depend on whether the brand still exists. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your statutory rights sit with the retailer who sold you the mattress, not the manufacturer, and run up to six years from purchase in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, five in Scotland.
So if you bought a Hyde and Sleep mattress from a retailer that is still trading, that retailer is your route, regardless of what has happened to the brand. Goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable length of time, and a mattress that has failed well inside a reasonable lifespan may be a valid claim.
Find your proof of purchase, note the date, and approach the retailer rather than the brand. After the first six months the burden of proof shifts to you, so an independent report helps. What to buy instead
