Rebecca Dakin is a sex and relationship expert, who offers advice, therapy and hypnotherapy. Dakin has over 20 years of experience in the sex industry and has used this knowledge to write books such as The Great British Sexpert’s 101 Sex Tips book and build a business.

She is the author of Andrea Grace’s Gentle Sleep Solutions and is the sleep expert for Netmums. 

She is a qualified nurse, health visitor, mental health nurse, trained sleep expert and a mother of 4. 

Andrea’s sleep clinic is based in London’s Harley St but she works with families all over the UK and overseas.
